Jim Passias has lived in Columbus the majority of his adult life. After spending years in healthcare as a provider, he entered the recruiting industry in 2006. Jim enjoys helping clients find the best talent for their organization, and helping candidates take the next step in their career. Jim spends most of his time when not at work with his children or bicycling the roads of central Ohio.

What is something interesting about your family that people don't often know?

My 11 year old daughter is an Aunt.

Caddie at Scioto Country Club.

If you could do one thing outside the office (and money was no object), what would you do and where would you go?

Bicycle across the United States.

Lone Survivor.

Heaven is for real.

Fall - Football starts!

Who is one musician or band (living or dead) that you would love to see live?

I really like the Rolling Stones. I saw them in the 70s, 90s and 2000s.
