Corri Devier is originally from Ada, Ohio; home of the Wilson Football Factory (supplying game footballs to the NFL) and Ohio Northern University. Corri earned her BA in Behavioral Sciences from The Ohio State University. Corri's career in recruiting first started in 2005 with ESS. She left the business and came back to ESS because she has a passion for recruiting. She enjoys the challenges of headhunting to find the right fit for candidates and clients.

What is your favorite sports team?

Whatever team my boys are on that season. Can you say fair-weather fan? I went to OSU and I do enjoy OSU Basketball - just don't quiz me about the players.

What is the coolest job (besides this one) that you have ever had?

Working at Benroth's Dairy Freeze in Bluffton, Ohio. We lovingly called it "The Whippie Dip." I worked there for 3 seasons with several friends and even met my husband there. He must have been mesmerized by the blizzard ice cream flung into my hair. (Those machines are harder to master than you would think).

What is your all time favorite movie?

Silence of the Lambs & Hear no Evil, See no Evil.

What is your favorite sport to participate in?

Racquetball. Catherine and I play every Wednesday and I am the reigning champion.

What is your favorite thing to spend money on?

Vacation and my two boys.
