Rick McDonald is originally from Buffalo, New York, and 11 years ago became one of the first recruiters of Executive Staffing Solutions. In 2006, Rick was promoted to be the Executive Director and now manages a team of loyal recruiters. He has learned the way to his team's heart is to feed them chocolate on a weekly basis.

What is your favorite sports team?

The Ohio State University Buckeyes

If you could do one thing outside the office (and money was no object) what would you do and where would you go?

Play Augusta National (with Jack Nicklaus).

What is something interesting about your family that people don’t often know?

My sister and wife once "hula-hooped" at a mud wrestling bar for free drinks.

Where is the coolest place you have ever lived (besides Columbus, Ohio of course)? 

Ada, Ohio.  It was like living in the 1950s without the poodle skirts.

What is your all time favorite movie?  
 
Young Frankenstein.
