Exploratory data analysis to find patterns or trends that are indicators of healthcare issues (quality or efficiency); Identifying and measuring the drivers of healthcare quality and outcomes; Provide technical leadership to utilize the best available tools and techniques to measure cost and quality indicators ; Collaborate with Medical and Care Management to develop member specific information to identify health opportunities for intervention; Collaborate with Medical Management and Integrate with other analysis teams on key investigative initiatives; Design and develop studies and analysis efforts designed to develop a deep understanding of drivers of medical cost and quality at the member level; Ability to work across a large, complex organization.
